Heat warning begins with sunny skies

A multi-day heat event begins Saturday, lasting until the middle of next week, according to Environment Canada.
Over the next few days, daytime highs are expected to reach 30 to 35 degrees, with overnight lows bringing little reprieve at 19 to 22 degrees.
Environment Canada urges people to watch for signs of heat exhaustion, such as headache, nausea, dizziness, thirst, dark urine and intense fatigue.
Today's temperatures will reach a high of 32, with haziness drifting in this afternoon and lasting throughout the evening.
With mainly sunny conditions, spending time in the shade and indoors will help protect yourself from intense heat.
